A Talk by Prof. Ng Wun Jern, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
27 February 2019Prof. Ng Wun Jern from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore viaited University of Peradeniya on 27 February 2019 and conducted a talk on “Environmental Management – from lab to implementation” to the staff and students of UoP.
Prof. S.H.P.P. Karunaratne, Deputy-Vice Chancellor, University of Peradeniya, Dean, Faculty of Engineering , Acting Director, IAO, Prof. M.I.M. Mowjood, Faculty of Agriculture and stakeholders from the National Water Supply and Drainage Board, Sri Lanka took part in the program.
Around participants were gathered for the talk and the book launch- “Saving Lakes“ co- authored by Dr. Shameen Jinadasa was carried out parallel to the program. International Affairs Office coordinated the related organizing activities and the event was taken place at the Seminar Room- 01, Faculty of Engineering.
