International Relations Office

The Inaugural Meeting of the INNOTAL was held on 14 May, 2018 at the International Affairs Office, University of Peradeniya with the participation of Prof. D.A.N. Dharmasena, Director/ Career Guidance and Counselling Unit, Dr. Nanda Gunawardhana, Director / IAO, Dr. S. Maheswaran, Faculty of Management and Dr. Dharshana Yapa, Faculty of Science.

The other team members of the project are Dr. P.P.A.W. Athukorala, Faculty of Arts and Ms. K.K.K. Sylva, Faculty of Engineering.

After the kick- off meeting at the Philippines the EU advised to fill out the INNOTAL scorecard and submit for the project purposes. The INNOTAL scorecard summarizes the details on disciplines, Faculty ratios and employability ratio of the students of the University of Peradeniya.

The EU allocates the funding for preparation, development and the implementation of the project, to fulfil its objectives which follow as promoting the employability and entrepreneurship of the Undergraduates.

The speciality of the funding system is, they allocate money for all the staff members, team members including the small workers and coordinators.

University of Peradeniya and University of Ruhuna will commence their work in collaboration in the near future.
