Instructions for preparation of oral and poster presentations at iPURSE-2015 to be held on 5th & 6th November 2015

Instructions for Preparation of Oral Presentations

Oral presentations should be made using MS Power Point (file extension .ppt or .pptx) or PDF format. Each oral presentation will be limited to 10 - 12 minutes followed by 3 - 5 minutes for discussion.

Please hand in the soft copy of your presentation to the session coordinator at the venue of your session at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time of commencement of the session.


Instructions for Preparation of Posters

A printed copy of your poster has to be fixed to the display board provided at the venue.

Please hand in the printed copy of your poster to the session coordinator at the venue of the poster session. You may do so between 3.00 p. m. - 5.00 p.m. on the 4th November or after 7.30 a. m. in the morning of 5th November. The session coordinator will fix your poster on the board for you. The presenting author must be present throughout the poster session scheduled from 1.45 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. on the 6th November 2015.

The display board for each poster will be 90 cm high and 120 cm wide.

The Title, Names of Author/s, and their affiliations should be indicated at the top of the poster.

The lettering of the title should be at least 3 cm high and the name/s of author/s and their institutional affiliations should be at least 2 cm high.

The text and illustrations of the poster should be readable from a distance of about 1 m (font size: minimum 20 pt).

The data should be presented in a logical and self-explanatory sequence.
