NOV 17	The Annual Congress is an international scientific forum organized by the PGIA. The congress promotes postgraduate research in agriculture by providing a platform for postgraduate students to showcase their research findings for discussion and debate among wider scientific community.
OCT 03	We are pleased to invite you to experience the musical show “Hanthane Gee Ravaya” which is conducted to introduce the singing skill of students and staff of the University of Peradeniya to national level, will be held on 3^rd November 2022 at 6.30 pm. in the University Gymnasium. OCT 28	The 9^th Research Congress of the Postgraduate Institute of Science, Peradeniya is scheduled to be held on October 28^th and 29^th 2022. Currently, the Congress is open for the submission of abstracts, and the deadline has been extended to July 29^th, 2022. More info
SEP 30	Peradeniya Medical School Annual Research Conference 2022 - PeMSARC22 will be held on 30th September 2022 at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Peradeniya. Deadline for Abstract Submission is 31st August 2022 More info
SEP 17	The Colors Awarding Ceremony and Colors Night is to be scheduled on 17^th September 2022 at the EOE Pereira Theater.
AUG 30 & 31	The 83rd Annual General Convocation – 2020 will be held in three sessions on August 30th and 31st at the gymnasium of the University of Peradeniya. This year, 3130 degrees including 343 postgraduate degrees will be conferred under the patronage of the Chancellor, Professor Gerald Pieris, and the Vice-Chancellor, Professor M.D. Lamawansa. At the convocation – 2020, Professor Harischandra Abyegunawardene and Professor C.M. Maddumabandara will be conferred honorary degrees. The convocation-2020 will be held under strict COVID-19 related health guidelines. More info
