Instructions for Preparation of Oral Presentations
Oral presentations should be made using MS PowerPoint 97-2003, 2007 formats (file extension .ppt or .pptx) or PDF format. The time allowed for the presentation is 10 - 12 minutes with 3 - 5 minutes for the discussion.
Please hand in the soft copy of your presentation to the session coordinator at the venue of your session at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time of commencement of the session.

Creating the poster
- Include your abstract submission number on the top right hand corner of the poster (the font size should be 50 –for PowerPoint).
- Poster size: 37 inches (width) ×21inches (height)
- Minimum resolution 240 pixels/inch
- Recommended font: Arial.
- Recommended minimum font sizes (for PowerPoint): Title 50; Authors 36; Affiliations 32; Subtitles (Introduction, aims, materials and methods etc.) 36; Main text (body) 24.
- File format: Export your poster as a JPEG file with the highest possible resolution (at least give 3960 pixels on the width box, if you are exporting from PowerPoint)
- Layout should be in landscape format.

Submitting the poster
Please kindly send your e-poster to the email address given below on or before 25thOctober 2016.

Under subject of the email, please indicate in order- abstract submission number, title, and first author's name as shown below.
- Please make sure that the size of the file is not bigger than 20MB
- Receipt of e-poster will be notified by an e-mail
- Presenting the paper
- Your poster will be displayed in a LCD panel under different themes from 11.00am to 3.00pm on 4th and 5thNovember 2016.
- Poster viewing instructions will be displayed on site at the entrance.
- There will be a mandatory viewing time (10 min) of your poster and it is compulsory for you to be at your poster during the viewing time from 1.30pm to 3.00pm on 5thNovember 2016.
- Two reviewers will go through your poster and will have a discussion on your presentation.
