Select a preferred councelling session type from the home page. Then select an timeslot you're comfortable with according to your preferred councellor. Then click "register". Then validate your email by puting the OTP you got to your eamil. Finally properly fill the form and click "confirm appointment".
Yes, once you login to "My appointments" by validating your email, click "cancel appointment" on your required appointment.
First, you'll get an email stating your appointment has been approved. Secondly, you can check the status of your appointment by accessing "My Appointments".
