CGU Awards 2025 – Celebrating Excellence in Career Development

The Career Guidance Unit (CGU) Awards 2025 will take place on March 5, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Diamond Jubilee Hall, Faculty of Agriculture. This annual event recognizes the dedication and achievements of students and partners who have actively contributed to career enhancement initiatives.
This year, 200 students will be awarded for successfully completing five different career-enhancing certificate courses conducted by CGU. The event will also honor key partners who have supported CGU’s mission in empowering undergraduates with essential skills for their future careers.

The Career Guidance Unit (CGU), in collaboration with CIPM Sri Lanka, is organizing the Programme for Integrating Education with Industry Demands to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.

Venue: Geography Theater, Department of Geography, Faculty of Arts

This programme is open to Geography students and 100 students from other faculties, providing a unique opportunity to gain industry insights and develop career-ready skills with expert guidance from CIPM Sri Lanka.
