  • Batteries in the swapping station will be used for two purposes: to power up E-Wheeler and to trade electricity with the grid

  • EMS will predict the batteries required for the e-wheelers in the field & decide what amount of energy to be trade with the grid.

  • Communicate data such as – state of charge, state of health, temperature (battery parameters) along with times and location from e-wheeler taxis to a server in the battery swapping station

  • Simple & light weight protocol

  • Eligible for limited bandwidths

  • Encryption, authentication for secure connection

  • 1-to-none , 1-to-1, 1-to-n

  • Asynchronous (“push”) delivery
